Despite asking multiple people if this card would fit, it does not. I was told the case will take cards up to 30cm. The 1070 is 30cm which is a little over 10mm too long as I can't get it past the upper HDD rack.

I was thinking I could remove the upper HDD rack? But it seems to be riveted in.

Any advice to the easiest solution? I don't want to buy another case if I can help it.

Thanks in advance

To be quite fair, you could have looked at your case manual and checked the supported GPU length instead of relying on us (non-owners of the case you use). A quick google search says your case can handle 290mm (29cm) for a graphics card.
A 1070 is 10.5", which is 266mm. From what I can see, the 1070 should fit with no problem. Most cases allow you to take out the bottom HDD trays, have you opened the backplate of the case to check for screws to take it out with?
