I have this:

Intel Core i3 6100 3.7 GHz
Gigabyte GA-H110M-DDR3
8GB RAM 1600Mhz
PSU 430w EVGA 80 PLUS

So, I have some options like:

GTX 950 Xtreme Edition 2GB Gigabyte
GTX 1050Ti 4GB ZOTAC
GTX 960 4GB SSC EVGA
AMD Radeon RX 470 ( or 460).

I'll play games in ultra settings at 720p or 900p because I don't have a Full HD monitor.

Solution
Avoid the 950

I recommend this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814137056
If you don't like MSI that Zotac you mentioned is the same price and is probably just as good, I just prefer MSI

You could save $20-$30 by getting a 1050 (instead of the 1050ti), at 720p a non-ti 1050 should be good enough
Personally I would still say go for the 1050ti unless you are on a serious budget and need that extra $30

EDIT: I just checked the price on that 960 and that is way too much, don't buy that, for the same price or less you could get a 1060 which is a much better card, although it is overkill for 720p-900p gaming, but if you intend to upgrade your monitor some what soon, and your budget can afford it...

Don't get the 1060 unless you also intend to upgrade your monitor though
