i5 4690k OC Voltages

I've set all cores to be synced in the bios and set the value as 43 but i haven't touched the voltage and everything seems fine, is this normal?

Yeah, especially if you have adaptive voltage turned on. What is your vcore at x43? Does it fluctuate?

Well its a good voltage and a good OC so be happy. You could definitely get it to 4.5 provided temps are ok. Have you stress tested at 4.3?

I've been running cinebench for about 20 mins now and everything's perfect and temps are peaking in the high 60s (212 evo cooler)

Sounds good. Room for improvement too. Your voltage will be perfectly safe up to 1.3.

i think i misread the vcore in hwmonitor, it says on the moboard bit that the vcore is 1.7 volts, im confused now, is that the right or wrong bit?

It will fluctuate under load unless fixed manually. Are you sure it isn't changing?

And I am surprised if you have 4.3GHz stable on 1.7v (which is dangerously high) but lower is generally better.

The VID is the amount your PC is requesting. The vcore is the amount the CPU is provided. You have a bad misbalance and you shouldn't really ever let your vcore go above 1.5v. I'd manually set it before running at 4.5 or you risk damaging hardware.
