Motherboard and PC build changes

So recently I wanted to upgrade my current build PC. I found a graphics card and CPU that I will be buying, but need a new compatible motherboard as well.
I'm wondering if this is a good build, but mostly set on it already. For the most part, I just need help on a sufficient motherboard that is compatible with my graphics card and CPU.

It's a bang for buck thing. It's like $60 cheaper and is 99% as good.
