There are essentially no tangible gaming bottnecks with any of the hardware we've been discussing.
The main point CTurbo and myself are trying to communicate is that past a certain point (the i7 6700k in this case) any extra money you spend will be wasted as gaming will not benefit from the more expensive hardware (ex. the 6800k).
If you have an unlimited budget and want to buy the biggest, most expensive, over-the-top PC you can put together then go for a i7-6900k, 128GB of RAM, and a couple of GTX Titans in SLI (that will run you around $6000-$7000, and most of that hardware will be wasted).
