Hi,

I have a core 17 processor 3770 3.4 ghz I have windows 10 home 64 bit anniversary update 1607 I have an 8 core processor but I'm only seeing 4 that show up in the device manager when I click on view hidden items at the top it only shows 7 but they are greyed out and I can't use them. Is there a registry key or something that will shoiw them all? when I go into msconfig and click on advanced and then the boot tab it only lets me select 4 cores. In the reswource montor same thing 4 cores.

Any help would be most appreciated!!

Thanks

Sorry for the spelling mistake on resource monitor.

Thanks So much! It worked. Yes Hyperthreading was disabled in the bios. I also enabled all cores in msonfig advanced then the boot tab drop down to 8 cores.
