I've read other forums saying it might be malwares or adwares , so i tried everything. I've installed anti adware and malware softwares but it still keeps keeps popping up for about a sec and goes off before i can do anything. Its really annoying because i cant even play games anymore as it keeps minimizing my game everytime it pops up.

Did you try to run Malwarebytes? Check the process list if there is something strange, look into installed programs if you fon't find somethig suspicious. If you are deseperate enough, backup your data and run COMBO Fix.
