I am planning to buy a new PC,
so far i planned to buy
intel 6700 and Gigabyte Z170 Gaming 3,
But seeing the sepcifications i am not sure about one thing,
there specification link is
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5497#sp

Can i use latest fastest NvMe (PCIe Gen 3.0 x4 )SSD (like samsung 950 m2 pro, 960 pro)
with full potential and a graphics card like zotac 1060 6GB with full performance at the same time?
i have also a SATA 3 SSD, i think this SATA 3 will not be a problem.
I am confused because perhaps i have seen,
the super speed 32gbps M2 implementation is customized by motherboard vendor and thereby shares / borrows bandwidth from PCIe x16 lane, while GPU is also recommended to attach in x16 slot,i have not actually that much steep idea about PCIe lanes bandwidth,
so does this two support at full potential at the same time, or what i need to do ?
Please help me out

Solution
I'd expect it to work at full speed, as GTX1060 needs approximately PCIe Gen 3.0 x4-x6 bandwidth. Also, rarely will they both use bandwidth at the same time.
As for the audio quality- audio should be fine on anything as long as you use digital output.

though i will not overclock,
but i heard that motherboard's audio quality is much better
and it has many more ports and extension slots.
But NVMe PCIe is for curiosity of using Fastest SSD, although i will buy that later
