So I'm looking to choose between these two, and no I'm not a fan of zotac, but it's one of the cheapest here, should I get it? They both are at an equal price. And are there any PSU suggestions?

Solution
If you play more CPU intensive games and not at very high res you can get the i5-6500 and 1050ti.
But if you play GPU intensive games the i3-6100 and the GTX 1060 is the best choice
I would recommend the i3 and 1060 combo

i5 6400+ RX470+ Aftermarket Cooler+ Z motherboard.
RX 470 quite better than 1050 Ti, i5 6400 has 4 cores better than i3 2 cores 4 threads for modern gaming. Even though the GTX 1060 might be 40% faster than RX 470, the cost difference can OC your CPU to at least 4 GHz and also RX can have XFire in the future and your OC CPU can handle it without bottlenecking, unlike GTX where SLI is restricted to only 1060 6GB 1070 or 1080.

BLCK overclock only still works with a specific amount of motherboards and requires having the right BIOS installed I think.
