Hello champions of computer knowledge.

As the title above says, there's an issue in my build. Somewhere. I am currently in the process of working through this post; http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems , The only thing I haven't done in the guide is resetting CMOS and the Breadboarding section. I have been reading on a ton of different posts related to my issue.. Yet no solution. I am simply hoping you guys may perhaps have some extra knowledge hidden in your sleeves or something that can help me out. As written it's a first time boot but also a first time build. I've had one of my buddies look over the build to make sure it was done correctly and it would seem that it is, according to him. I did also follow the manuals strictly.

my build is as follows:

Intel core i7 6700K
ASUS Z170-PRO Motherboard LGA1151
G.Skill TridentZ DDR4-3200 C16 DC - 16GB 1.35V (2x8GB) RAM Model# F4-3200C16D-16GTZB
ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 Strix OC - 8GB
EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G2 PSU - 650 Watt
Cryorig C7 CPU Cooler
Samsung 850 EVO SSD - 250GB
Seagate Desktop SSHD 1 TB - 3.5"
Dell 25" Monitor UltraSharp U2515H

So this is everything, down to the monitor.

I've changed the two RAM sticks I have in every possible permutation in the DIMM slots with no luck. The MemOK button on my mobo seems to be cycling through timers and frequencies now, it didn't last night for some reason, it would just restart and go straight to being solid red. Is this simply just a case of bad mobo?

* It shouldn't be the PSU as the wattage of the build lies around a steady 430~ watts.

I have almost the exact same parts as you and am having this exact issue and have tried everything. Have you figured it out?
