Hey there, @Micjhaael!
These drive's SMART stats definitely look pretty concerning. According to the attributes, more specifically the Reallocated Sector Count, there is an enormous number of bad sectors!
I'd advise you to backup as much of the data as you can somewhere else (to another HDD or storage device) immediately! The HDD could fail at any moment, so you should definitely not trust it with any important files!
I'd also strongly recommend you consider replacing it with a new drive ASAP.
