Okay, yesterday I challenged my friend to create 2 volume in my Flash Drive using only his Windows 10 (Pro) Disk Management or Command Prompt.
Short story, he managed to do just that, both volume are formatted as FAT32. Now I cleaned the partition and tried to do just the same and my computer won't let me do it.
The error code is sometime because the disk is not dynamic (for some reason it doesn't allow me to convert it to dynamic), or because the operation is not supported, or that drive doesn't have enough free space.
His OS is Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview (forgot the build)
mine is Windows 10 Pro 14393
