Your phone internet may have fast speeds but the latency is atrocious, I would not recommend it for gaming.
That said, you absolutely can use two wireless adapters and direct traffic. You could also just tether your phone to your computer using a USB cable and eliminate the need for the additional wireless adapter which could cause interference.
Hmmmm so is there any software involved? Could u please provide a step 1 step 2 ? i'm kinda noob when it comes to stuff like this lol. So the phone cable ur speaking of is it the microusb one wich comes with my phone wich i also use as charger ?
Oh i should also add that i got a 4 gig limit each month for the net on my phone.. thats why i cant use it on ts cuz then i gotta pay 10 dollars for 1 more gig ..
Yeah, PDA Net is by far the best solution for tethering internet. They have plenty of documentation explaining how to connect using their software.
However, i'd like you to reconsider this. Have you calculated how much bandwidth voice comms use? It is negligible. Even hosting the server on your rig would have very little impact in your latency and bandwidth.
If you play a game on your phone its going to BURN through data, FAST. I mean FAST. What game are you going to be playing through your phone? It could potentially eat through your data in a couple hours.
I have 100% unlimited 4G LTE unthrottled internet from Verizon Wireless in an area that gives me incredible signal. I get huge download and upload speeds, near 100MB/s. However, i still don't use it for anything other than my phone because the latency is poor.
