The parts I recommended will all work together. For the most part brand doesn't matter.

One thing you have to be careful about is making sure the motherboard is the right socket for the CPU you buy. I recommended an i5-6500 CPU. Any H110 or Z170 motherboard will be compatible with that. I recommended the H110 model because you aren't overclocking and they are cheaper. You also need DDR4 RAM with these motherboards. DDR3 RAM is not compatible.

The only time you really need to worry about what brand you are buying is when you are picking out the power supply. Some of them are cheap and can damage your other components even if they list a high wattage. As long as you get something with at least 500W from tier 1 or tier 2 in the link I...

what parts you should choose: pcpartpicker is your friend
Also techreport.com monthly builds

On how to build a pc go to youtube and look at careyholzman's channel. Look at a few of his videos and you should know how to build a computer.

Edit: The above system you have is okay CPU wise, and 950 for a Graphic cars should get you decent quality if you game at 1080p.

Like Mac said, you could almost definitely get better hardware for the same amount of money if you built it yourself. The CPU and GPU in that PC are both fine for a budget build but neither of them are great.

That being said, all the games you mentioned are relatively light in terms of what hardware they need to run well. That PC should work fine for those games if you are positive you don't want to build your own.

How much are your prepbuilt system above cost?

There is no mention of what kind of storage devices there are? only what kind the mobo supports. any SSD? How much GB wise? and Hard drives? TB wise? How many of each?

The mobo support 64GB dimms of memory, how many sticks are they giving you?

You don't have the specific model of the motherboard, only its chipset.

For $1000 you can get a PC that absolutely destroys that pre-built if you are willing to watch a youtube video to learn how to build it yourself. It's a pretty simple process. I would go with something like this. It is much better than the pre-built PC, it will crush all the games you mentioned, and it comes in under your budget.

You could also save a little bit more money and buy a GTX 1050 or RX 470 instead of this 6GB 1060 and still get good performance in all the games you mentioned.

Here is a more budget friendly option that still beats the pre-built PC you were considering and will still do well in all the games you mentioned.

I dropped the price by switching from 16GB to 8GB of RAM, dropped the SSD, and downgraded the GPU from a GTX 1060 to a RX 470. If you can afford it the 1060 is a much better GPU but this RX 470 is still better than the 950 in the pre-built and it should do fine in all the games you mentioned.

The SSD in my previous recommendation is also a really nice quality of life improvement but it doesn't actually help gaming performance. That's why I dropped it from my second recommendation. I personally put 16GB of RAM in all my builds now but 8GB is plenty for all the games you asked about. Going with 8GB instead of 16GB probably won't make any difference for you.

This does not include shipping to Norway. You said your budget in dollars so I assumed you were American. You would most likely be better off buying the parts I suggested in one of the two builds I recommended from a retailer in your country.

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like PCPartPicker has an option to search retailers in Norway. You might have to go with different brands of some of the components I recommended based on what is available in your country and what the prices are but as long as you go with the same types of components you will be fine.

Here is a basic layout of what you should buy without brands or prices so you can look for the best deal at retailers in your country.

CPU - i5 6500
Motherboard - H110 model
RAM - at least 8GB of DDR4
SSD - This is optional. If your budget allows get at least a 120GB SSD to install Windows and a couple games on.
HDD - Get at least 1TB for storage of games and other media
Power Supply - Get the cheapest option above 500W in tier 1 or tier 2 on this PSU tier list.
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
GPU - I will list 4 options in order of which is most powerful in general. GTX 1060 6GB>GTX 1060 3GB>RX 480>RX 470>GTX 1050. Go with the one that fits your budget. All 4 are better than the 950 in the pre-built you were considering.

I would think about not buying the SSD if it makes the difference between you being able to afford a GTX 1060/RX 480 instead of dropping down to an RX470/GTX 1050.

DVD drive is optional. I still put them in my builds just because they are dirt cheap here but they never get used after I install Windows. You will also need to buy a copy of Windows 10 and whatever case you prefer. All the cables you need should be included.

For most of the other components you can pretty much just go with whatever brand is cheapest. The parts will still work fine together.

Since you are in Norway, I'll give you an example

Use PC Partpicker US.

You click on the blue CPU button and choose intel i5 6500 and add to part list. Then choose motherboard by clicking the blue button called motherboard, and all the compatible motherboard will be up for choice. The incompatible one will magically disappear.

Now so on and so forth with other items such as storage.

Now since you are using PC partpicker US, disregard all the prices since they are no good in Norway. You are only trying to find out if all the items are compatible and nothing else.
