Computer reboots randomly. (No BSOD, Automatic Restart is off)

Hello,

So this all started with the first crash about 1-2 weeks ago while entering a lobby in "H1Z1: King of the Kill". The PC rebooted with no informational log in Event Viewer and no BSOD. Before the reboot occurred, there were no artifacts on the screen and was as if someone pulled the plug on the power.

More recently I've been doing many tests that were recommended from a collection of threads. Here is what I have done:

1) Ran Windows Memory Diagnostics - Passed
2) Stress tested CPU - Passed
3) Benchmarked GPU - Passed
4) Cleaned components of the computer
5) Changed RAM slots
6) Monitored temperatures - all are good (cpu @ 35Cavg, gpu @ 38Cavg)
7) Rolled back, installed older and newer GPU drivers - did no difference

As for when these reboots occur, it has been getting worse as I have recently experienced many reboots without playing a video game. A typical action to reboot my PC today was pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del, as stupid as it sounds. I more-so experience reboots during game play and more specifically near the end of loading screens or menu transitions.

As an example:
Menu A -> Menu B -- reboot
Main Menu -> In-game --reboot

Aside from the reboots, I have experienced occasional freezes (usually when sound is on) where the computer is in a functional state; however, if I were to attempt to Google something (being that I'm on Chrome before the freeze), the tab would hang and if I were to press anything on the Taskbar, it will do anything (there is no loading pointer during this and no window goes unresponsive).

As I said earlier, these reboots do not show any information under the Event Viewer and shouldn't even occur as I have "Automatic Restart" off under system failures.

My hardware

Motherboard: MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition
CPU: Intel i5 4690K @ 3.5GHz
GPU: EVGA GTX 970 SSC ACX2.0 4GB
PSU: EVGA Supernova NEX650G
Memory: 2x G-Skill Sniper 8GB DDR3 SDRAM @ 1866MHz
Storage: Samsung SSD 850 EVO 120GB
Network Card: TP-Link AC1750
Operating System: Windows 10 - 64bit
Displays:
1) 2x 1080p 24" LG Monitor
2) 1x 1080p 24" Benq 144hz Monitor

As a side note and for a good laugh, my computer rebooted 4 times while writing this post!

do you have an aftermarket cpu cooler or stock one?

did you tried with only one ram installed?

do you have an overclocking software installed?

I do have the latest BIOS, have updated all drivers besides On-board VGA/LAN drivers, CPU is under stock cooling, and I have MSI Afterburner installed but I installed it after these problems started to fiddle with the GPU fans.

As for attempting 1 stick of ram, I will try that now along with trying integrated graphics rather than the 970.

Make sure it is set up to record the info:

Right click on Start Menu and go to Control Panel.
Go to System>Advanced System Settings.
Go to Advanced tab. Select Settings under Startup and Recovery.
Check the Debugging information panel.

Yeah, it was already checked. I'm currently running the PC on integrated graphics and haven't experienced a reboot yet. However, wouldn't this be putting much less stress/usage on the PSU?

Update: SYKE! Just experienced a reboot with integrated graphics.

Does anyone else have any idea of what the problem could be?

Most recent thing that I've done is run the computer without the graphics card and it still experienced a reboot. I'm guessing it could either be the memory or PSU at this point.
