Looking for good 16 gigabytes of ram for first build

Hello,

I am finishing my first gaming PC build and I need some good ram for gaming. I am just confused on all the different types of ram out there. I want/need at least 16 gigabytes of ram. Here is my build so far: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/QrRdFd

The DDR4-3200 is about the best bang for the buck.

Nope, nowhere near the best bang for buck, the extra frequency doesn't offer any extra performance unless you're rendering.
@OP what is the budget for your entire rig and what is the purpose?
I could easily get in a 6700k and a 1080 in there.

I agree with elbert on the RAM you should use, but your GPU and cooler choices I disagree with.

This is the Deepcool Gamaxx 400 review. It sports better cooling than that very cooler on you list at the price of noise. If you choose the much cheaper Gamaxx, you can get a video card that is not a terribly ineficiant blower style fan:

The Gammaxx 400 really only serves as a light OC budget cooler, not a good price at $35, the H7 would suit it much better.
Also the graphics card you've listed is wildly overpriced, i'm just gonna post a build below and let it sort itself out...

Realistically, with the 6700 (non-K) CPU I might look at 2666 or 2800 max. All to often to run 3000 and up you need an OC on the CPU and the non-K isn't a a CPU to OC. I'd look at the GSkill RipjawsV in 2x8GB

True but a few bucks now often makes for better reuse with say KabyLake coming CES this January. Prices trend toward what sales most and next year mid 3000 RAM should be cheaper than the 2000's. A few buck for future proofing can often times be a good ideal.

That's true, though most people here seldom build, then are looking to upgrade CPU, etc with in months if starting with something like a 6700. For most it will keep them happy for a year or two. By then DRAM will be even faster
