I agree with elbert on the RAM you should use, but your GPU and cooler choices I disagree with.

This is the Deepcool Gamaxx 400 review. It sports better cooling than that very cooler on you list at the price of noise. If you choose the much cheaper Gamaxx, you can get a video card that is not a terribly ineficiant blower style fan:

The Gammaxx 400 really only serves as a light OC budget cooler, not a good price at $35, the H7 would suit it much better.
Also the graphics card you've listed is wildly overpriced, i'm just gonna post a build below and let it sort itself out...

I've gone for a white and black theme, the included fans are almost always sufficient enough.

True but a few bucks now often makes for better reuse with say KabyLake coming CES this January. Prices trend toward what sales most and next year mid 3000 RAM should be cheaper than the 2000's. A few buck for future proofing can often times be a good ideal.
