How to setup QOS on our router so that my computer receives enough bandwidth?

Lets say that I want to setup the qos that my computer gets a maximum of 150KB/s. Please tell me the things i will put in the fields or better edit it and upload it filled up.

That is not how QOS works, you can prioritise types of traffic not limit bandwidth. You would need a router with a better feature set for that. More commercial than residential.
