Honestly, building it yourself you'd probably stay at around 1500$
And the PSU is not high grade.

However for a prebuild it's alright I guess. they cheap out on the PSU but at least this unit won't burn down your house
And they use a decent set of CPU/GPU/Board/RAM for a ~200$ fee.

As for the liquid cooling...not a fan of corsair's coolers or liquid cooling all together since its really not necessary with a 91W CPU. That being said the H115i is one of the better of corsair's coolers.

i can do an evga 850 watt super nova 80 plus bronze or a corsair cx850m 80+ bronze full modular
 


both horrible units (unless it's the B2 by EVGA. if it's the B1 or BQ, stay clear). also 850W is way over tops. 550-650 is more than enough.
