ASUS x99 STRIX SLI trouble

So i just bought a new x99 and a pair of 1080 STRIX OC factory GPU, and when i boot with my EVGA SLI bridge, it won't boot at all. I have i7 6800k and my GPUs are installed on pci slot 1st and 3rd (x16). Any suggestion why? I tried to remove the SLI Bridge and it works just fine.

I HAVE ASUS STRIX X99 GAMING
i7 6850k 3.6@4.410 @1.40volts

SLI 1080GTX SC EVGA 2101/5508 In same slots and set these higher for stable

TDP Set to 120%
Temp 83c to 92c it will still lower at 83 but slow and only to 1978 1987 instead of 1880mhz avg game temp high 40s 1 card other mid 60s the hotter SLI Slot 1 and 3
im using Corsair 850 power 80+ sli ready PS
SSD HDs in Raid 0 with 16gb ramcache

I install first windows updates asus for every single update new date only under each tab

Make sure 16x 2 set in bios instead of auto
