I just used EaseUS Todo Backup to clone my HDD to a new SSD. I am using the old HDD as a secondary for games, and a tertiary HDD for my personal files.
So:
Primary - 250GB SSD -Windows
Secondary - 500GB HDD - Games, programs
Tertiary - 320GB HDD - Movies, music, pictures, documents, etc.

Now this install of Windows is pretty old and there's probably a lot of crap on it. It's been in and out of several machines, and each time I used Sysprep to delete drivers, but some stuff still remains. I'm removing as much as I can manually but I don't feel comfortable messing with my Windows folder. I can move Program Files and (x86) myself, but short of reinstalling, what's the best software to delete obsolete folders and programs? I already went through my Installed Programs list and 86'd anything I didn't need. The only drive I need the S/W for is the SSD.

Tbh just make clean reinstall with ssd drive partion format/re-creation. You'll have tons of garbage accumulated from various software installations. It's cleaner and usualy also safer and faster way.
