I need a new graphics card, after doing a decent amount of research and browsing I have decided to pick out of these 2 cards but I cant seem to make a final decision I wanted to ask you guys for some help.
(I know there is a not a major difference between these at all but I just wish to get the better bang for the buck.)

Which of these 2 cards will last longer and performer better.

MSI GTX 1060 3GB OC

EVGA GTX 1060 3GB Superclocked

trust me i'm not arguing. just saying this is bad info being given out. they are offering thermal pads for many cards despite the fact that only the FTW edition of the 1070 and 1080 is effected. more of a pr stunt in case folks feel the need.

the sc card is a reference based card with minimal vrm's and power needs and it does not have even a remote chance of being effected by the FTW issues they are facing. i am adding the correct information so folks will know and stop spreading the false info going around.

or believe the false info and avoid a solid card for no reason at all. your call i guess :)

Cards with 3GB are not build to last- some games already need more than that at 1080p. But out of the too models here- definitely MSI, as EVGA is going through VRM overheating 'scandal', bios upgrades and fixes with additional thermal pads for 22 1000-series products.
BTW, for some reason it says 256bit for GTX1060 EVGA card- but all GTX1060s are 192bit, Amazon has it wrong.

*sigh*

this issue has nothing to do with the 1060 cards, especially the sc version. the problem i with FTW 1070 and 1080 cards and nothing else. please get the facts straight before spreading false info. it does no one on this forum any good for such bad info to be spread around.

EVGA themselves say otherwise:

Card in question is not in the list of GTX1060s, so I'm not saying it is bad. But if I wanted my card to last- I'd rather choose something else than EVGA for now, or wait till their cards get fixes.
