Motherboard "supports additional 4 USB 2.0 ports"

The motherboard I'm looking at in particular would be the B150M Bazooka Plus from MSI. I just want to know what it means by "supports additional 4 USB 2.0 ports". Does it mean 2 USB 2.0 connectors can be connected on to each of the headers?
