What is the best gpu you can buy for under 250 dollars for gaming?
I have a DH87RL motherboard and a
Gigabyte Superb E720 psu

Also some mentions RX 480

$200 MSI GAMING RX 480 GDDR5 4GB (http://amzn.to/2eDCtkz)

As far as I've read the 1060's perform cooler and are better for OC'ing, but more or less they have the same performance

The RX 480. The GTX 1060 6gb edition (do not get a 3gb edition, it performs worse) costs more but performs only marginally better. Both perform very well, you will max out settings for any game on 1080p resolution and get 60 fps or more. For up to $250 really the RX 480 is a better buy.
