Hello

I recently had to update my bios since my new gpu wasn't detecting on the previous bios. but whe n i was downloading the New bios update i have also noticed that there was a chipset driver available with the same date as the bios.

I believe the windows have installed the chipset drivers for me , but is it really necessary what the manufacturer has provided on their website? I see some problems with the new bios update though , sometimes it doesn't detect my keyboard and sometimes the gpu as well.

Solution
If it ain't broke, don't fix it. If you notice that for some unlikely reason that the BIOS update has modified your chipset's properties or cause bugs in your computer's operation, then grab that update, but the one included with Windows should be fine.
