Christmas will be a good one this year -
Somehow my boyfriend caught wind that I bought him a Playstation Pro, a new 42'' 4k TV (Wall mounted), a new Yamaha sound bar, a ton of games (8 which will be on Christmas, 4 more on pre-order) and new Samsung Edge for Christmas, basically he cheated and looked for them(Or the online pre-orders. Remember kids, log OUT of your accounts when buying super secret gifts).
ANYWAY, sorry rant over.
Parts on my PCpartpicker list have recently gone from purchase to purchased so I know he is buying me a new rig for Christmas. What I want to know is, before he buys the new GPU, will the GTX 1080 be able to run 4k60 smoothly on most games. I do not typically play a ton of AAA titles, I like games like Smite yet I still do play a decent amount of games like Skyrim, Fallout 4, GTA 5 and will get a lot of PC titles this year like Civ 6, Mafia 3 and Dishonored 2.
