I'm getting a custom computer from iBuyPower and I have a build in mind that a friend and I designed. He has experience and I have literally none. I just want to verify that this is a good build. I mostly plan on using it for WoW, but I play for extended periods of time usually. Any feedback would be fantastic.

You can get a better rig, by building it yourself. That rig is way overpriced.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor ($328.99 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H5 Ultimate 76.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($46.88 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 3 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($140.82 @ OutletPC)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($74.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Crucial MX300 275GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive ($70.41 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($46.94 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Zotac...
it will run.
however a few improvments:

- the PSU is low grade. the NEX as the GQ. If you wanna stay with EVGA look for the SuperNOVA G2, the SuperNOVA GS or the SuperNOVA B2 (P2 is good as well). Otherwise look for a Corsair RMx or a XFX (all but the XT; XTR is fine). 550W is plenty for your build and will suffice.

- I wouldn't get the Corsair H55. basically everything below the H105 is junk. Not that there are any really good Corsair liquid coolers but the H55 is expensive, loud and doesn't cool too good. I'd go with a decent air cooler by Cryorig, Noctua or Phanteks. the Cryorig H7 would be my top choice.

- depending on the price there might be better Motherboards.
