You have an older generation i3 it will hold back the 480 , if you had an i5 , you would be fine.

But i m waiting for 7 generation core i5 . if i buy core i5 right now and new motherboard . Then my motherboard and processor will instantly de-value . TELL me what can i do right now ?

Buy the card now and it will be gimped by the i3 , then just upgrade the other components later.
