Budget Mid-Tower Case With Good Cable Management

Im looking to get a Mid-Tower case for my future build and I want to make sure i can get the best possible cable management and possibly good airflow out of my case. My price range is up to $60(US) and I have been looking at the Corsair SPEC-02 for a little bit but I wanted to ask to forums if there is anything with better cable management for the same price or cheaper.

The NZXT S340 is one of the better value cases on the market.
Goes for about $65 and comes in black, white, and red/black.
The SPEC-01/02 series are good for the money, another is the Zalman Z3 Plus or Z1 Neo.

I was looking at the Zalman Z11 HF1 plus. Do you think it will have the clearence for a Cryorig H7 CPU heatsink and fan? The hight of the heatsink and fan is 145mm.
