Do i need new Win 10 for a new mobo?

Solution

First, read this:
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3164428/windows-build-1607-activation.html
That takes care of the licensing.

For all new hardware, it may or may not boot properly.
So, you prepare for if it does not, and you need to do a full reinstall.

Create you own Win 10 install media with this:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/

You are changing the motherboard, but using all the other parts?
Why are we changing the motherboard?

As said..it may or may not boot with the existing hard drive.
If it does NOT boot up properly, this is when you boot up from the install media you previously created, and do a full reinstall of the OS.
(and everything else)

Yes, but you don't even need that.
My original link pointed you at the procedure to link the OS license with your Microsoft account.
Do that.

This is completely separate from the actual OS installation.
