Too Many Fans

Hello All,

I got a new case, and it has 5 fans. My motherboard only has 3 places to pin fans into. So that leaves me with 2 other fans that aren't doing anything and the air in there gets quite hot quite fast...So I have a couple of pictures to share with you. My fans have 2 outputs...a 3 pin that can go to the motherboard...and what looks like a 2 pin molex that i'm guessing you can put straight into your power supply.

My only other connections available coming from my power supply look like this:

Is there some sort of adapter I can plug INTO my 4 pin coming from my PSU, and then plug into the 2 pin coming out of my fan?

I know this is very confusing but at least I provided pictures and hope that you understand what I mean...

Thank you so much for your patience. This is really driving me mad. haha

typicaly fans that have molex have a male connection or a male and a female. That's what all fans here at the shop i work have at least. PSU always provide only female connections. If your fan has only female molex then you need a male/male molex adapter.

Are you sure? Because I tried to connect them together...but it wouldn't budge.

Yup. And yes that's typical Molex. Make sure the two pins are straight with a flat knife prior to putting them together. Make sure the diagonal edges are lined up and use some force. It will go.

I just tried to plug them together again and it won't work. Both plugs are the same exact size so neither one will accept the other. Also the pins inside the ends are both females.

So the cord coming from my fan is looking for 2 male pins...which the cord coming from my PSU is 4 Female pins.
So i'm looking for an adapter that Has one end being 4 male pins to go into my PSU cord, and then 4 male pins to go into my fan.

That seems to be the only way it will work. But I don't know how to go about looking for that type of cord...

Let me know if this makes sense at all...and thank you.
