Can't connect ethernet device through switch Windows 10

I have a Win 10 desktop that is connected to the internet via Ethernet switch and a device (plc) is connected to that switch. I used to be able to control and program the plc while still having internet access. I still have internet access through the switch but I can no longer connect to the plc. I suspect that a windows update changed something. Any ideas?

I don't know. You could look at the list of devices the router knows, but my guess is that you will have to connect to the PLC via serial to determine the network parameters.

Thanks for your response. My networking knowledge is very limited. The IP of my PC is 192.168.0.135 and I am not sure what the IP of the PLC is. How do I find that?
