Will the Gigabyte G1 Sniper B7 Support the I7 6700K Processor

I was looking for a green and black motherboard, well that's because I am going to build a green and black build, I saw a pretty good motherboard it's the g1 sniper b7 from gigabyte. Now, the problem is that I have the 6700k processor which has the z170 chipset in it, but when I checked the supported chipset of the motherboard it was for the b150 chipset! So will the motherboard support the 6700k processor??? But both components came with the same socket which is the lga 1151.

As you've got a 6700K, putting it in that motherboard would work. However, I would recommend getting the G1 Sniper Z170, rather than the B7, as it is a recommended board for an unlocked processor, whereas MOST B150 motherboards don't allow overclocking.
