I had H110M-PRO D motherboard, sound was working perfectly on my headphones there.
I changed motherboard to Z170M-Mortar for the non K processor OC capability. And sound is having static noise. I don't know what to do.
I tried to test my headphones on my laptop and phone they are working perfectly.
I tried to try my computer on another plug with ground still static noise.
I tried like 5 different bios versions, still static noise.
I tried unplugging front audio cables, still static noise.
I tried switching up drivers and clean uninstalling and reinstalling and trying several different versions, still static noise.
I tried to disable all the devices in playback Audio that are not plugged in, still static noise.
In the end I ended up with plugging my headphones 3.5mm jack into Blue connector on the back. It doesn't have any static noise but it has no audio amplifier, so sound is low. I turned up audio with equilizers, but its not nearly same quality of sound that I'm getting from green jack only that it has static noise.
All other panels have static noice too except for pink microphone panel and blue panel. But since there are no amplifier on those jacks static noise is less.
