Hey everyone, I've been having some concerns about my computer's quality as of late, it is concerning the CPU usage, Ive noticed this for over a month and despite my best efforts I can't find any topics about this specific issue. the issue is, for some reason my CPU usage spikes from 2-3% to 20-25%, The only program i've had turned on during this is Skype, i simply wanted to pose a question of whether or not this is an issue, and if It is, how could I fix it

Something is running in the background and using CPU cycles, but chances are good it's something like Windows' anti-malware services or Windows Update, or perhaps a driver or program you've installed which is checking for updates.
