Hello,

The system crashes and seems like it requires a hard reset (Ctrl+Alt+Delete doesn't work) however, upon removing the DVI to USB the laptop 'comes back to life' and works as normal. No paticularly demanding programs are run on the machine; unless Excel sheets are enough to bring it down. The machine is a Dell latitude E5530. The driver being used by the DVI to USB was automatically installed by windows when it was plugged in. The issue was not present before another monitor was added(And as E5530's don't support more than 1 monitor, the External Graphics card is needed).

Any suggestions appreciated, thanks.
