Guys, at first sorry for my English.
I have a question. Lately my GPU ASUS R9 270X was in service and they fix it but after some tests I find out that GPU core won't go higher than 1000Mhz. But my default clock is 1120. I have tested with several programs and games and nothing change. And my question is, do they lock GPU clock? And should I go to the shop and complain about it or this behaviour is completly fine?
