Okay so some backstory. I was doing a project in Unity when all of the sudden my screen glitched out. It was really weird, but it was all good at the time. I backed up my project on a flash drive just in case. Later, my display glitched out so bad and only showed a black screen (monitor was on, just displaying black). It forced me to press the restart button on my PC and everything went back to normal.

When it turned on, everything looked fine. I was browsing FB, backing up more files to my flash drive, etc. Then I opened my Unity project and began working on it again. After 20 minutes of working, it glitched out so bad that it forced me to press the restart button again.

I tried to check if the problem was GPU based so I ran MSI Kombustor. The Kombustor worked for about 14 seconds before glitching out again. This time, my PC never booted past the Starting Windows screen.

Here is a short video of what's happening along with timestamps in the video description:

I'm only asking here just to clarify if it really is a GPU problem. I have no way of testing other components since my motherboard did not come with integrated graphics (MSI 920 gaming AM3+ mobo). Oh btw my GPU is a Sapphire R9 270x Vapor X.

UPDATE: Tried booting into safe mode I got "Input Signal Out of Range". Same thing happened when I tried to boot using the windows cd.

No recent downloads of any GPU drivers. I also updated the post to reflect your suggestions.

I can't boot into safe mode nor will the windows cd work because all its giving me is "Input Signal out of Range"

Unfortunately I have no access to another computer.
