Cambio W101 V1 - in need of image file. Can anyone help me or send me the file. Much appretiated

"The image" file you're talking can be any Windows installation media. On Microsoft site, you can download Windows 10 version (ISO or USB) for your tablet (most probably, non-Pro version). I don't know whether you can get legally Win 8 or Win 8.1 version from there. This still leaves open whether you will need any additional drivers, but you need to install Windows first.

Alabalcho,
Thanks but not what I need. I am no newbie here - Drivers are the issue as touch screen and calibration for it also a problem. Audio also issue all other drivers fine. RCA support never again purchasing anything RCA. They are horrible and you need to put in separate requests for each individual driver. So what I asked is "Does anyone have the Image file for RCA w101 version 1 or version 2. With that I can put back and create a new ISO file. I have received a copy of a Bin file but seems to be corrupted or not correct format.

So with that being said I am Looking for Image file for RCA W101 model. I have been installing all versions of windows from 8, 8.1, 10 - Home and pro with no luck

Then you phrased your question badly - you don't need an image, but drivers for whatever your toy is. You do understand that "the image" contains the whole Windows OS, and "sharing" it would be against many EULA's, ToS's and forum rules. And yes - you get what you pay for. When I got my $85 Windows tablet made by great (by being unknown) company named XXXX, I was perfectly aware what I am getting, and how to manage it (starting with creating a recovery image).

I would start searching for drivers by Hardware IDs - PIDs and VIDs. You may also start looking at eStores for a tablet that looks similar to yours, but made by another great company named YYYY, and search for drivers on their website.

Thanks I will search elsewhere - It was a simple question looking for a simple answer and not a lecture on sharing or EULA and forum rules. I have been on many other sites and asked similar questions and got direct answers on where to possibly find solutions. I thank you for your responses and will leave it at that

Thanks

There are by my count over 100 people I have seen on this forum alone with this same issue and I am one of them. Why are you being such a...mean person about your response. what he is needing is a recovery image that he can use to reinstall the OS to the original factory state with the drivers included that RCA is very uncooperative about providing. As for what his TOY is, its not a toy its a computer and it very well might be the only one that he can afford when he needs one to do his work, or stay connected to family. Next time try to not be a pretentious person and just provide the help that the guy needs and if you cant then just stay quiet. Please and Thank you

On another note, I also am in need of this recovery image as my system went wonky and all of my drivers are messed up after Microsoft performed a clean install remotely for me after a system instability failure. If anyone knows where it can be found please let me know. Thanks

Windows backup image of a new Cambio out of the box with just all windows updates installed as of Aug2017.
windows log in password is: rca (lowercase)
Microsoft stupidity did not allow images to be in usb thumb drive as I guess they thought 16GB was unheard of,
so use a usb harddrive, network drive is a possibility.
Create a usb recovery drive, boot to it (from windows, hold down shiftkey wile selecting power/restart to boot from usb)
selected troubleshooting, select image recovery. (ignore error at end, just reset and windows should boot up)
11GB file:
