Gaming/Video Editing system Inputs please

Doing a Black Friday build for my daughter. All in it has to stay under $2000 including all the peripherals and software so closer to $1700 as shown. My daughter picked out the case and the monitors so they stay. Here is what I have so far.

Thoughts on the MX300 as a boot drive? Is Win 10 safe for a gaming system? Should I go to 32GB ram at slightly over twice the price?

Solution
i rather have one good monitor than two bad ones

but if you want a dual monitor setup i would get this one :D

-> same resolution
-> same input lagg ( 5ms for 60 hz is perfect ( 1 ms wouldnt anything for 60hz))
-> hdmi port , yours didnt have one
-> an ips panel(to your tn), which makes this screen 10 times more beautiful than that acer one
it's a good build.
nice cooler, good mainboard, the MX300 will do fine as bootdrive (525 GB is actually plenty)

I'd definitely go for 32GB RAM for video editing
also I changed the PSU to a higher grade unit there while saving a dime. 750W is excessive.
Win10 is safe for a gaming system.
personally I would get one IPS screen & one TN screen instead of going TN on both. but that's not my decision ;)

The MX300 drive is okay, though its far from the top of the line. For that I would go with a Samsung pro. Otherwise I would suggest switching over to M.2 form since that will eventually replace SATA and is much faster.

Win10 is safe for gaming, so long as you are familiar with its annoyances (auto-update, apps, etc).

16gb ram is more than enough. it will be more than a few years before anything will require more.

The SSD as a boot drive is fine.
Win 10 has most of its initial bugs fixed from what I've heard from gaming friends.
16GB of ram is fine for a few years, no need to go to 32.
The HDD at 5400 rpm is a bit slow, I'd go for a 7200rpm as they are not that more expensive

Looks good overall

Ok If you guys were picking monitors what two would you choose?

Thanks to everyone for the inputs. I will convince her to get this monitor instead.
