How much heat can H100i dissipate?

What is the actual thermal performance of an H100i? Not how cool the CPU runs but how much heat in watts can it remove at full blast?

Hello... Well Yes, water is cheap and abundant, and factories use a overhead system to Tap most their equipment into... the other Engineering secret is to use copper... and lots of it. Copper over alum will improve your heat transfer by 2x's (reason for Copper cookware)... and much better than Water does. You could have less noise, moving parts and maintenance with Copper over Water system. B /

240mm rads don't seem to list TDP almost ever. You could try and find TDP of a 240mm rad in someones custom loop that they ran tests on, i think that would be the best bet - scouring for someone who did a lot of testing.
 
Hello... Good tech question... I don't see a Spec sheet with that info... You have two items of control, water flow speed and fan speed... I know from experience with larger water cooled systems, that reducing the water flow/pump speed, CAN improve the thermal transfer to the water/coolant.

I intend to jerry rig it to a power mosfet that will output around 300W of heat. I need the mosfet to be as cool as humanly possible because the closer to 25c it runs the better performance it will have. Sadly I'm limited by the thermal junction to case spec of .3 C/W so that still means about 90W of heat remaining within the mosfet. This is only the case if the heatsink is perfect and I'm hoping watercooling will have some level of forced cooling effect like nitrogen to reduce this unavoidable heat.
