ms-7352 cpu upgrade suggestions

Hey all,
Been wanting to upgrade the cpu on this old mobo. It is all part of a hp dx7400 compaq pc. Any suggestions will be more than well come.

All you need to make sure of is that your CPU cooler will be ok with a quad core, but I haven't seen anyone saying it's an issue.
