is there a program that can detect non system files and save them to my 2nd hard drive?
stuff like, games, images, videos, work files, etc...

or do i have to find everything my self?

by the looks of things, i can't do a system restore because i don't have a point saved for some reason, so i need to do a full wipe and reinstall of my OS(same as current OS).
but i don't want to do that since ill lose installed games, saved files, and what ever i can't find, i got a lot of stuff i don't wanna lose.

1) No there is no such program that backs up all non-system files

2) This program would be useless as items the program needs to run would be in those "system files" and thus it will not work.
When you install a program it does more then just go into a folder under "Program Files" it adds files to your appdata folder,ProgramData folder, windows registry, and/or even windows system 32 folder. Thus without ALL of these items you cant just transfer a program to another computer.
It will literally take significantly less time to reinstall the program then to hunt down and copy all of these items.

3) Waiting until you have a problem to start backing up your files is about as useful as doing oil change and maintenance after you blew your engine.
A $50 hard drive plus a disk backup program like macrium reflect is all you need to have automated complete backup images. Then whatever your current problem is could be easily fixed by just restoring your entire hard drive to that save image.

ALSO: A system restore is nothing but a restoration of your system registry to an earlier point. Any issues that are not a result of an unwanted (or damaged) key in the registry will in no way be fixed by a system restore.
