Is there anything I need to worry about going with these parts? I was wondering if I buy the CXM 450W would it fit up there in my case(like that box in the top right corner) or do I have to buy a new case? Or can I like leave it at the bottom or something? I've seen that in some DIY PC builds people have it on the bottom of the case. I'm planning to take my i5-4460 and put it into this new motherboard so when I wipe the thermal paste of the fan and processor, would any thermal paste for CPUs at a local best buy work fine? Lastly, when I buy all these parts do I need to worry about buying any excess cables for like my CPU fan, video card or hard drive?(like SATA cables and PCI-E cables)

If your gonna link anything it would be appreciated if it was in Canadian currency.

Edit: From currently reading the reviews off of newegg.ca for the CXM 450, it seems like a bad CPU for the price? Should I still consider this as my PSU?
