Low fps in games with GTX 970/i5 2500 (30-50 fps)

I'm getting this fps in skyrim, when i had a GTX 650 i got like 60 fps, in ESO, im getting 30-40 fps, and in Euro Truck Simulator 2 (A very simple graphics game) my fps is locked to 30. Something is wrong with my machine, i got 8gb of ram, GTX 970 Xtreme Gaming edition and i5 2500 3.3GHz, my psu is a 620w Seasonic. My Nvidia Control Panel is in portuguese, so it would be useless to post a screenshot, but everything is default.

If you upgraded to the 970 and started having this issue Download and use DDU and choose boot into safemode then once in safemode select the recommended option of removing drivers then rebooting into windows. Once in windows again reinstall the latest nvidia drivers.
