Solution jrrdmchls Nov 4, 2016 Had this issue when I first went to my i3 Haswell cpu. Turned out my power supply was not compatible. But without more info on this we are going to have trouble diagnosing this for you.

Are you getting any beep codes? Tell us the story of how you got here. Also be more specific. What kinda RAM MB Brand of power supply. Is everything new? Are we dealing with a Frankenstein pc?
