As I undestand your response another cable works and all is well. The original cable has failed.

You may be able to keep your existing failed UTP cable. Most likely one of the RJ45 connectors is no longer properly or fully connected.

That means that the old connector would have to be cut off and a new connector installed.

Inspect each connector very carefully. Go online and look for pictures and diagrams showing RJ45 connections. See if you can spot the problem: one of more of the wires being pulled loose or out of the plug for example.

Also check the entire length of the 25M failed cable. Look for knicks, cuts, bare metal showing, hard kinks and twists. Could be that one or more of the 8 wires inside has been partially or...

Thanks for the answer sir, i have an update about this problem. When i keep this cable plugged in on router and huaewei modem for atleas 1 hours, the lan indicator on modem and wan indicator on my prn3001 router turned on, but there is no internet connection. When i change with another cable, the lan indicator on modem and wan indicator on router turned on instantly and there is an internet connection.
Wan configuration on my prn3001 router is using dhcp client.
Can you find this problem? Is there a solution that keep my utp cabel?

All you would need is a friend who has the tools and know how to replace the plug. You might be able to get the cable tested and repaired somewhere. Could cost more than buying a new cable.
