This is a new computer build that I pieced together today (with care). All of the fans come on and spin, the motherboard light comes on, and it takes quiet a few seconds to turn off when holding the power button down which leads me to believe that the computer is in-fact, on.

AMD A10-7870K 3.9GHz Quad-Core Processor
Asus A88XM-A Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard
G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2133 Memory
Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case
Corsair CXM 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
I tested two different monitors including my HDMI TV. Still nothing.
