Can I reach FX-6350 performance overclocking an 860k?

Looking at the minimum system requirements of Battlefield 1 saw that I need at least an FX-6350 and a HD 7850. Fortunately I'll be ok with the GPU as I have a R7 360 :D, but the problem is I paired with an 860K. Hoping to get a little more performance out of my CPU I bought an EVO 212 Air cooler for overclock. My question is, will I be able to achieve a similar performance of an FX-6350 with an overclocked 860k?

Solution
A 200-300MHz overclock will get you all the performance you could need to match that graphics card. Ignore the fact that the FX 6350 has six cores, games don't typically take advantage of more than four at a time.
Have you overclocked the R7 360? It's important to note that overclocking your graphics card increases the amount of data it pulls from the CPU. Therefore, any existing CPU bottleneck is increased when the graphics card is overclocked. I don't recommend more than a 30MHz overclock on the graphics card, just to be safe.
