USB 3.0 is the same wiring as USB 3.1. If the case supports USB 3.0 and the motherboard has a header that runs at 3.1 speeds, the USB 3.0 ports on the case will run at 3.1 speeds. So really the question is what cases have USB 3.0 headers, have the features you need, and appeal to your aesthetics.
