Wired PC NAT type strict

I just moved into a new apartment and have a wired connection for my PC. The NAT type however is set to strict and I do not know how to change it to open.

It's apartment
you are provided a wired connection with rj45 wall jack by the apartment
it's behind a NAT that is in the hardware (switch/router) on other end of that cable
You cannot change it.

ask whoever you bought/rented the apartment from about it.

If you have your own router in your room that has NAT, read the manual.
